General Terms and Conditions.
The present General Conditions hereinafter GC, regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.karkarenn.es property of Karen Michelle Bazurto Dicao ,company with NIF 07125435N located in Torren’t de l’ Alba 3, local 5, CP:08191 (Barcelona- Spain).
Users who make purchases on www.karkarenn.es fully accept these T&Cs and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase. It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.karkarenn.es.
Karkarenn reserves the right to modify the GC at any time and without prior notice. The GC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, the completion of the order by filling in the purchase form, implies conformity with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at that particular time except for an error in the price detailed in point 2 (Prices). Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and the user will have access to it in his customer area.
1. SHIPPING.
We only ship to Iberian Peninsula, NOT Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and/or Melilla. Delivery times vary between 24 and 72 hours at the customer’s choice. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport companies meet them whenever possible.
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
The approximate delivery time is shown in working days (which normally equals weekdays from Monday to Friday). Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Transit times do not include holidays or Sundays, but may include Saturdays depending on the carrier making the deliveries.
Modas Reyes Jimenez will not be responsible for delays caused by causes beyond its control or force majeure. The customer will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the products included. After these 24 hours the shipment will be considered as accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment. An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. In case of receiving a product damaged by the transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incidence to the transport company. In the same way it is convenient to leave a record to the transport company.
2. PRICES. The products published on the WEBSITE include prices with taxes that may apply. They do not include shipping costs. In our online store we do not sell any product at price 0 €, with 100% discount or below cost, however, in case of errors in marking prices, by computer or human error, www.karkarenn.es reserves the right to cancel prior notice to
customer, orders that may contain products with erroneous prices, 0 € or 100% discount, or its price was mistakenly below its cost. If you find any error of this type, please inform us to solve it immediately. Regarding legality: Rights must be exercised in accordance with the requirements of good faith. The law does not protect the abuse of rights.
3. RETURNS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.karkarenn.es you have 7 days from the time you place your order to request an exchange. All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all their labels and properly protected during shipping.
The client is responsible for the payment of the costs of shipment generated in the change so much of the shipment to the store of karkarenn as those of the later shipment of the selected articles. The shipping address will be Calle Torren’ t de l’ Alba 3, local 5 (Barcelona) CP:08191). The shipments will always be made with tracking (we are not responsible for ordinary packages without location). You can also make the return in a physical store during working hours.
No refunds will be given in any case. COMPLEMENTS, COSMETIC ITEMS, SILVER ITEMS, PERFUMES, INTIMATE CLOTHING AND PYJAMAS ARE NOT EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. The items that are DISCOUNTED HAVE NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN. If they are products in the same order must be returned in the same shipment, we do not accept returns of the same order separately.
When we receive the articles and we verify that everything is correct we will prepare to make the change. In the case of changing an item for being defective, “karkarenn” will bear the shipping costs.
